I hope I got the right idea on this, bootlegging 
cels are cels that arent stated as fancels and 
are sold like its the real thing. 

I would be soooo mad if I bought a cel , 
thinking it was the real thing, and I later 
found out it was a bootleg! Usually people that 
want to sell fancels state it in their auction 
(which is good), but I bet anyone that 
bootlegging cel's has been done before and sold 
on eBay (I've seen the same dragonball Majin 
Vegita cel sold on eBay like 5 different times, 
I just saw a fancel of it last week and it 
looked exactually alike)Which that cel goes for 
$250+. Well I hope no one gets cheated thinking 
they won a cel that is real and it turns out 
just a copy. I like fancels but I want to know 
if it is "real thing" before I buy(and I'm sure 
everyone else does too) Plus if you are not 
sure, check the sellers feedback first, or e-
mail them.
