As someone living in Canada, I once sent an IPMO 
(yes, it's pink too!) to Japan. But when the 
seller received the IPMO, he told me he couldn't 
cash it at the post office. The only way to cash 
it was at a bank, which will cost him around $20. 
So he ended up returning the IPMO to me and I 
sent cash instead.
