If you live in Canada (since I remember you were 
asking about Canadian anime stores in one of the 
previous posts), sellers from overseas cannot 
cash the IPMO unless they pay a service charge of 
around $20 USD. I tried once and the IPMO got 
returned back to me because the seller refused to 
chip out an extra $20 to cash it. (I asked in 
advance and the person at the post office told me 
it was an INTERNATIONAL postal money order. -_-) 
So now, I usually send cash. Send it by special 
delivery (no tracking, no insurance but first 
priority in delivery) and it should arrive in 5 
business days.
