You're the boss, Yann, and I apologize for
getting too worked up about this and saturating
the title fields. It's only something I do when
I'm in a hurry (or had a few too many beers).
And what I meant to say is that if someone is
not familiar with (or "used to") something like
Yahoo Japan, they should look into it first
before bidding. Otherwise, they should not act
so surprised nor outraged for the mistakes they
make as beginners.
Seriously, if someone wanted to get involved
with bidding on items from Yahoo Japan so much,
they really should have done their research.
Even if they didn't know where to begin, they
could perform web searches or very easily ASK
AHEAD OF TIME, either here on this forum or on
another cel forum like Yahoo Japan cels forum:

If J-Decker used a search engine, he/she
probably would have come across Drac's YJ info
page:
[2]
http://drac.home.attbi.com/YahooInfo.html
and/or Rinkya's FAQ:
http://www.rinkya.com/faq_url.php
And as I mentioned before, the simplest and most
straight-forward thing J-Decker could have done
was to very easily ask around.
But even now, as he/she is learning the hard way
about YJ seller preferences regarding foreign
buyers, J-Decker is maintaining such a self-
centered attitude, believing that YJ sellers
should bend to his will instead of respecting
their wishes. That level of arrogance, above
all, is not something that I (and others,
apparently) respond to well.
If some people feel that I didn't respond
properly before, I apologize for that sort of
impropriety. But I still believe in the point I
was making, even though I probably didn't make
it as well back then as I did now.
If J-Decker or anyone else interested in this
issue are reading this, I seriously recommend
that you read about a very similar situation on
the Yahoo Japan forum (which was probably
handled much better than I did):
