Your response to this person seems a tad rude. I don't know if it's just me or not, but I'd be kind of offended if someone left me comments like that. If you're not going to be helpful, at least have more tact. Just because this person is frustrated is no reason to get all snotty at them. People don't appreciate that kind of attitude. Just my two cents.
