Lots of deps to choose from - HobbyShopK, Celga,
Sato and Rinkya.  All have their advantages.  Some
work better depending on high the bid is.  

I think a Japanese seller not wanting to sell
overseas has more to do with your location than a
trust issue.  It's more of a hassle to deal with
someone who is not a native Japanese speaker OR
cannot send payment in yen.  For me, even if an
overseas buyer speaks English, it is not always
easy to deal with the payment and/or shipping
demands.  ^_^;
