....luckily, I was able to "clean" the mouth 
layer off. Since most of the mouth was floating a 
good distance away frpm the rest of the paint and 
objects on the cels, I was able to gently peel 
the paint of and then scrape the lines off 
(although this was a very gentle process, since 
the right side of the mouth did get dangerously 
closeto a person). Then I cleaned the area where 
I had done work to make sure that no substances 
were left. So then I just had a random stuck cel 
layer, sans mouth ^^

Of course, if the seller had just been honest, I 
wouldn't have had to do that. In retrospect, I 
should have said something, but since I corrected 
the situation, and I choose my battles, I didn't. 
However, in this instance I would.
