Well, personally I cannot tolerate a seller doing 
a thing like that.  I also bought a cel once from 
a dealer that had two misaligned layers.  They 
were also stuck.  I tried to get my money back, 
but it was a no go.  I suggest taking it up with 
the seller.  If the cel is really precious to you 
and you want to keep it, there may be a way to 
unstick the layers.  There's a place in Cali that 
can do things like that if you were really intent 
on getting it right.  If the seller did doctor 
the scan...then that's a major boo-boo on their 
part...
