*checks*  yeah, we're Java enabled atm.  I'm using
Netscape 7.0, which has an absolutely lovely popup
killer built into it.  I'm very much spoiled.  I
also have a customized toolbar extension installed
that allows me to turn on/off things at will
(fonts, colors, images, javascript, java, popups,
onload popups (i.e. the ones that are usually
ad-generated), cookies, etc).  It makes browsing
so much nicer, but NS7 is definitely a big leap
from the 4.x series, and takes a lot of getting
used to.

When I was using some sort of previous netscape
(it was either in the 4.x or 6.x range), I used to
crash horribly whenever I visited the forums.  I
think it had something to do with a particular ad
being generated more than once, since my browsing
style of choice is to open up each thread in its
own window (well...tab now with NS7, but you get
the idea), and that would sometimes trigger the ad
twice.  I most definitely used to browse with
javascript and java turned off, because it just
used to cause massive problems otherwise.
