I have cookies enabled.  And I haven't changed 
anything else.

The only reason I selectively disabled 
java/javasccript was because the Keep Track page 
would freeze before loading (before the trouble, I 
always got a minimum of two pop-up windows when 
going there).  I normally don't mess with browser 
settings unless the browser chokes on a site.

And the forum problem just started cropping up.
