To send a link of the accurate picture, you would
have had to first click on the link of the picture
or copy it. So if she DID include the link with
the order, then the ACTUAL cel would have shown up
(the one that she didn't want). When the company
clicks on the link that she included with her
order along with the cel label, the ACTUAL cel
(not the one she wanted) and the ACTUAL label she
put in her e-mail would have appeared, not the one
she wanted to order (the picture in smaller form).
You see, when using html coding for a website, you
can use ANY picture as a link even if the link is
of a different picture. It is just like clicking
on an icon to go to another web page and that is
how the problem happened.
