Since you did not contact me about this issue, 
of which I am highly skeptical occured in the 
first place, I'd like to ask you why--if what 
you say actually happened--you didn't come to me 
about this.  I have been trying to remember if 
anything to the slightest degree of what you 
said occured in the past, but have not been able 
to come up with a clear picture.  I do recall 
being contacted by a Japanese seller that was 
able to get some B't X cels for me, but I 
believe I told that seller that I wasn't 
interested in those cels, and he said that it 
was alright and that he'd put them up for sale 
on YAJ.  I can't remember if he was a collecter 
of the series or not, but I think he was.  So it 
makes me wonder who you are.  If you are the 
same person I am remembering here, then there 
was obviously a misunderstanding in our emails.  
If you are NOT that person, then I would like to 
know why you'd rather slander people over things 
that never happened in the first place.

The reason I posted this thread was to get a 
general idea about what people would do in my 
situation.  No matter who was at fault in this 
case, I think I should be entitled to a refund, 
which most people think should be what I paid 
for the cel, and nothing more.  I've contacted 
this seller over and over again with NO 
response.  I think this fact is increditablly 
unprofessional and disrespectful for any 
business to be conducting themselves; no matter 
where they come from or what language they speak.

So again, I thank everybody for your comments on 
this, and I'm sorry to have dragged this out so 
long.  I do appreciate what everybody has to 
say!!  =)
