I'm am NOT the dealer but would like to point out
what hes probably thinking.
Look at it from the dealers point of view: "Its
your fault not mine, you ordered the wrong cel."
(doesn't matter if the web site was screwed up)"
I tried to rectify the problem and send you
another cel but you weren't happy!" " As far as
I'm concerned the matter is a mute point. You can
send fraud charges against me all you'd like, Its
your word against mine." " I tried my best to
satisfy you but to no avail. I have the money and
thats that!"
Now if hes feeling guilty, he'll try and refund
some of your money but if you get ANYTHING more
your batting a 1000. Advice: Lick your wounds,
take what you can get and move on (you've learned
a lesson -- Life and business is not always as
simple as it may seem) |
