Yes, I have thought of this, plus I have
actually heard it from the seller (at least
the "it was your fault not mine" bit). But
really that isn't the point. I understand now
that I probably wouldn't be able to get any
compensation money from this horrible deal gone
bad, but I should at least get what I paid for
the thing back. You do not see anything wrong
with that, do you? I agree that they *did* try
to some degree to correct the problem, but to no
avail, which I tried to tell them. Why would
they say that they would "send me the correct
cel" if they already knew that the one that I
had requested was sold to another customer? I'm
not positive, but I believe I sent a image of
the cel that I wanted from them in the email,
not only the cel ID. Plus, isn't it just common
sense to be sure that Cel IDs and links are
correct on a PROFESSIONAL page before it's
opened?
>>he'll try and refund some of your money
Then how would this be different from stealing?
You pay in full for a product and never get it.
My mom just recently had a problem like this.
She ordered something from a mail-in cateloge
type of thing, had her check cashed and, nothing
sent to her. When she called about it, they
said that they never received anything from
her. She had to go to the bank and get a carbon
copy of her check, mail it back to the company,
and finally got something back from them.
Unfortunately, she didn't like the item when it
was sent to her, so she returned it and got her
money back. How is this any different in this
case? I didn't receive the item, so I should be
entitled to what I paid for it.
