I'm new to the forum.

Judging from the words used I'd say this person is 
'frustrated', a little more than usual.  But I 
don't think the intention is to harass or 
intimidate.

I certainly wouldn't be sufficiently ticked off to 
send an email to the winner!  I've been frustrated 
with some beauties I've missed out on.

But in this case the 'ARGH!!!!!!!' at the end makes 
it almost more amusing than scary.  As one replier 
mentioned (perhaps they're just asuming to much 
'familiarity')
