Hong Kong Fancels are pretty incredible. I've 
got one of Kaworu and if you saw it in person 
you'd be amazed how well it was done. They 
are obviously done by professional artists 
who have probably had experience in the 
animation field. They can be near impossible 
to differentiate from the original cel, which can 
pose a problem, but nonetheless they're great 
as long as they're labled as a fancel and 
aren't being sold fraudulently.
