Well, I just heard this from my friend and want 
to share this with you guys.(She'd go to Japan 
for a 4 days trip)

She found a anime shop in nakano, which sell cels
(I know, it looks common, but wait, please go on 
reading...) She found some fan cels there too!! 
And the label there stated it's made by people 
from Hong Kong!(...I don't know there's some Hong 
Kong people draw fancel, I just know people in 
USA did...) It's the first time I heard Japan 
anime shops sell fan cels (or I'm so out-dated?)

Does anybody know any sites of Japanese anime 
shops(which sell fan cels)? I'm coursity, I want 
to have a look with the fan cels there. Don't 
know if they are as great as those prodouction 
ones?
