I grew up in Hong Kong and had been back there 
several times throughout the past few years and 
I've actually never seen/heard of anyone who owns 
or even knows about cels (on the exception of 
Cyan, who, I think, lives in Hong Kong?). I don't 
even know the proper term for "cel" in 
Chinese... -__-
