It's cheaper there. You can sometimes see Chinese 
characters (kanji) in the sketches to let the 
artists know what color to fill in, etc. since 
most of them will not be able to read English. 
Perhaps a natural progression is for them to go 
into business for themselves, and to produce for 
people who cannot get the real thing.
