I didn't get started in this hobby as an 
investment opportunity. If the cels in my gallery 
depreciate, it doesn't mean much to me because I 
don't forsee every HAVING to cel them. I may want 
to sell some of them, but so far I have rarely 
sold a cel for less than I paid. Plus, with the 
next Outlaw Star OVA coming out next year, along 
with the release of the new Tenchi series, I 
don't think prices will be dropping drastically 
any time soon. I would hope that those folks who 
did buy DBZ did so because they loved the scene 
and wanted a piece of anime history to cherrish.
