  Good to see another Aussie collector on board. 
Unfortunately, Aussie cel collectors are very few 
and far between.
  I know of only 2 other Aussie cel collectors 
that frequent these forums. One I believe in 
Melbourne and another like me in Sydney.
   As for local cel resources there aren't any 
really. There are a few places here in Sydney 
that do sell cels but the prices are high and you 
will probably do better buying them via Ebay and 
online cel shops.
Anyway, I look forward to seeing your gallery.
