Hey Kristina, here's what I think you should do 
(besides everything else everyone already 
stated). If you have some type of art program, 
you can make a photocopy of the website itself 
onto the program and edit it. Circle on the 
website what you stated how using BIN gets you 
free shipping and send the bidder that website. 
Also, make a note of when the auction started and 
show her the first bidder that bidded and the BIN 
disappeared. I think you should be stubborn about 
this and not let her get away w/ out paying for 
teh shipping. You can also tell her something 
like it's obvious you didn't read the auction 
clearly before you bid, so I have circled what 
you missed in red (or whatever color you want) 
and kindly provided it for you. Good luck ^_~ and
