When the seller doesn't directly say anything 
about not shipping internationally in either 
their item description or in their "about me" 
type page, I feel free to ask if they'll ship 
overseas. Sometimes they do. (But be prepared to 
complete the whole transaction in Japanese!)

Obviously, I have my own ID as well, and I have 
outbid other deputies many times. But I have to 
say, I *have* always wondered why Celga bids seem 
to always be so sky high. (They aren't always, 
but more often that's the case.)
