I have noticed after watching a few auctions that
on the last few minutes, people start fighting
over the auction.  As soon as they see vhd_link
come up, they tend to give up!  Since Rinkya had
their special "Cel Sale" from a few months ago,
people can bid a ridiculously high amount and
their fees would stay the same ($40 for 40,000 yen
- 100,000 yen).  So usually, when someone wants a
cel badly, they would bid the maximum 100,000 and
just let people pick away at it even if the cel is
only worth 50,000 (or $440).
