usually, how it works on Ebay, you can go back and
completely revise an auction (change the entire
title, description, bid price, days, etc) so long
as there were never any bids on it.  You can NOT
do this method after the auction had a bid.

You can ADD TO DESCRIPTION after a bid was placed
(you can still do this when a bid has no bids as
well).
