It happened to me once. ^_^;; I found a terrific 
shot of a hard-to-find character, with about 
three days left on the auction. But the dep 
(which I'd been happy with in previous 
transactions) completely forgot to bid for me, 
and the auction ended at about a fifth of what my 
max would have been. All I got was an apology. It 
would have been nice if they had offered some 
additional token, like a future discount or 
something, but I can understand why they didn't. 
However, the next time I want to buy something 
from YJ, I'll most likely research alternative 
dep services before I decide whether to continue 
to use them or not.
