Hi there, I'm just wondering something. I
requested an auction bid through a deputy
service. This person forgot to bid on the
auction, for reasoning I cannot quite decipher
(in the email/poor translation). This is the
third time this has happened since I started
using this deputy well over a year ago. This has
happened to other people I know as well (through
this dep). I understand that this person is only
HUMAN, and that's why I continue to use their
service.
However, my question is, should I request some
kind of compensation for the mishap? Like.. one
auction free of fees, or a percentage off my
current tab/bill? I would think the dep. would
suggest these things, as much as it has happened.
Is this fair to request or rude? |
