1.  Mirage of Blaze. I've missed out on two, so 
far. Yami no Matsuei, ditto. Wolf's Rain. The 
original Gluhen settei.

2.  About $150, for the AnK one, which to me was 
worth every penny, despite having sketches and 
cels from the show. The Mirage of Blaze settei 
went for several hundred, which is why I don't 
have one. ^_^
