Just thought I'd add to the topic. I have a 
decent collection of anime related artbooks. 2 of 
the items in my collection are just collections 
of settei. Thanks to my web host my sites been 
down for a while, but you can find reviews of the

jpqueen has various settei books listed on there 
site. The lines are very clean in the 2 books I 
have. While not originals copies, these books do 
a nice job in collecting the settei.  Not sure 
how these are marketed/sold they have no ISBN, 
inside pages are soley black and white settei, 
not even a title page. Both of the books have a 
cover price of 1500yen marked on them. Not sure 
how many studios publish these things.

Would be odd if some of the copies in circulation 
were made from the books.
