Celga, or rather Keigo in particular, is a
terrible businessman.

  After inquiring (Perhaps a bit strongly), where
my cels were, Keigo decided that I was being rude.
 Because of that, he kept the cels that I had bid
on, and (thankfully) refunded my money.

  Because it bears repeating, Keigo is a horrible
businesman.  If you decide to deal with Celga, try
to avoid dealing with him.
