Ocean, be open-minded and understand that the 
american sensitivity is neither the most common 
nor the most fair.
I understand it is common practive in the US to 
complain about anything ("customer is king") but 
it is not in many other parts of the world.
All Keigo says is he is asking for a mutual 
respect between seller and customer. If you 
cannot understand the japanese ways of doing 
business then use a US deputy service.
I have been using Celga for years and they have 
always been extremely friendly, efficient and 
honest.
I am now wondering if you are a person from 
another deputy-service trying to steal Celga's
