Ocean, be open-minded and understand that the
american sensitivity is neither the most common
nor the most fair.
I understand it is common practive in the US to
complain about anything ("customer is king") but
it is not in many other parts of the world.
All Keigo says is he is asking for a mutual
respect between seller and customer. If you
cannot understand the japanese ways of doing

I have been using Celga for years and they have
always been extremely friendly, efficient and
honest.
I am now wondering if you are a person from
another deputy-service trying to steal Celga's
clients... |
