I mean, if the other auctions are still running,
then what does happen if her deputy is outbid? Or
if something falls through? What if the cel isn't
as it was described? Or if there's damage to it
that wasn't evident in the original seller's scan?
Even if she's timed it to be able to cancel her
own auctions should something go wrong, I don't
think that's very fair to her bidders either. . .
I understand the "why", but I still have to
disagree with listing them before she actually
owns them. It would be different if her buyers
were informed that she doesn't have the cels yet,
and then if they were still willing to deal with
her, that would be different. But mislead bidders
into bidding on it assuming she has the item in
her hand? That she has written her description
for it after examining it herself? That's wrong.
