I think it's bad practice.  What if something 
goes wrong with the original seller, and they 
cancel the auctions or something, and she's stuck 
with these ppl who think they won something.

I definately think someone shouldn't sell what 
they don't have....

And if they have money issues come up...Instead 
of thinking something will work...Go with what 
you know will work...E-mail the deputy...Explain 
your reasons...The bid hasn't been placed...So, 
it won't be too much of a problem, and if they 
don't wanna do business again...Well...Then 
there's plenty of other deputies around...

Just my thoughts...I mean...I really don't like 
the trying to sell things you don't own, or have 
even WON YET!
