This guy is a private collector who handles the 
webhosting for Ed and Delia Noonchester. He isn't 
good about responding to emails about purchasing 
cels from his site and/or trading. Not certain if 
he buys strictly for resale. But if you noticed 
his selection is overpriced and not much is 
moving... been that way for awhile.
