Looks like a cel seller...but, I went through 
the series list, and noticed that a lot of the 
cels up I have seen for sale recently on YJ, 
etc.  Anyone have any input?  (sort of puts me 
off seeing this person bid on cels on Ebay when 
there is a possibility it might be solely to 
resell them...for higher prices)
