Why should people in the US get favors? Heck, even
in the US many work at night or would otherwise
find it more convenient to check during the day.
Really there is no "fairest" start time. Anyways,
sorry the stuff you liked is sold, but I still
son't see how you can complain too much about a
40% off sale - if you had really, really wanted
those cels you would have paid the non-sale
premium, and it's pretty obvious there will be
high demand and shortage of supply for the good
stuff once the price drops well below market
price, whatever that is.
