my bad experiences (on more than one occasion) was
with Nichibei. After I emailed them, I would not
mind if they told me they are busy and/or do not
have abc series available. By doing so, they at
least verify and reply to my email request.
However, when a representative as well as the
owner of the company, tells me (on different
occasions) they do have cels available from series
I express interest in, but fail to follow through
by sending me scans & prices as they REPEATED
stated they would, they discredit their own
comments. I do not believe anyone appreciates this
and it from reading the replies to this post, it
seems others have experienced similar situations
firsthand. I know I have done everything within
reason that I can do as a customer, short of
calling them up and asking someone for an update.
Essentially, I feel that Nichibei just did not
care about the fact in both situations they
ignored and/or forgot my request and my numerous
subsequent emails completely. As I previously
mentioned, even if the employee I initially
corresponded with does not work there, it is
reasonable for other staff members to read emails
addressed to them and reply. Sadly, MANY months
later, I have received no replies and follow-ups
on their part. As such, I would strongly disagree
with your experience Drac, I wish I had such a
positive experience with Nichibei, but something
is amiss with the way their staff fails horribly
at customer service and discrediting their word. |
