If a seller doesn't respond to your e-mails the
first time (and you KNOW for certain he/she
received it), then they don't deserve your money
or your business.  Lack of communication is only a
premonition for further woes.  Take it from
someone who had that happen to them and don't ever
get involved in a situation like that!!
