First everyone must ask, "How dumb are you?!"
I am so dumb, that I live in Japan, not far from
Mandarake, and I will still buy a cel that I like
from America!
You go where the product is...online/or off.
International or domestic.
You get it when you can get it, or somebody else
will.. And sometimes you pay more.. a lot more.
If you really want it, (Janet says) "that's the
way love goes!" And that's the name of the game.
It's give and take. Some cels are cheaper in the
States than in Japan.. these days. I am sure some
of you that use eBay to sell, have sold some cels
to Japan.
Btw, Mandarake is known afterall a "second-hand
used goods store", but recently they are gettung
more savy..over the last year or two,, the cels
anyway and DVD's are at dealer-like prices for
the most part. And they have gotten on the
auction "bandwagon". Just for the very reasons
that you have mentioned. People have been buying
sells like crazy, and they have noticed that they
can make a bit more you might say..
So, no need to blame anybody.
It is tough enough these days for everyone.
