Its all fine and good to fix scans of cels, I do 
the same on all my galery shots for paint and 
dust.
But what about fixing actual paint damage itself.
I paint myself(no not me, but pictures)its all 
hideous stuff but fills a creative gap in my 
personality.
I also have fixed cels that have had serious 
paint damage to them.
I have repainted eyes and mouths and such when 
idiots have ripped the sketches off and so taken 
the paint with it.
I do not sell this stuff, as I normally do it 
for other people, and I treat my cels like 
religeous icons(hmmmm...actually they are. All 
Hail See Through, The God Of Acetate...well 
maybe no).
Anyways, has anybody done this for there cels?
