It's probably not worth even mentioning where 
they're from.  One or two bad transactions does 
not a bad nationality make!  It's not French 
people, and it's not Australians--there are 
plenty of shady people everywhere.  You just 
have to be prepared to see that when dealing on 
eBay. 

(One of my best cel friends is in Australia,
