I think it is just incompatible with the stupid
Windows XP OS.  Guess I will just have to wait to
try it again on my ME.  ~_~

I didn't try out the converter, but I was testing
the program out with .avi files as you said.  I
got some lovely black images!  :-)  So, when in
doubt, blame Bill Gates and his stupid XP, XP, XP,
XP!!!
