I use a two program combination for my 
screencaps and they are the clearest I've ever 
seen.  I use Max DVD/AVI converter to select 
what scene I want to grab.  Once I've converted 
it which takes all of three seconds I use Screen 
Cap Professional to take the shot.  I play the 
AVI on real player and pause it and then use 
Screen Cap Pro to shoot the image on real 
player.  I've used the print screen method and 
hypersnap, but they always come out so grainy.  
I got the Max DVD/AVI converter and Screencap 
Pro from www.downloads.com.  I downloaded a free 
trial and then went ahead and got serials for 
them later.  ^_~
