I currently use mcafee virus scan, which stops 
those ads right away.  However, it's problematic 
that a company would even use trojans in its 
ads.  I've had my antivirus software activate a 
few times while visiting the forum now.

So, I'd use a more preventative measure like a 
pop-up blocker or put animanga.com into your 
restrictive sites list in IE, which will prevent 
most ads from showing up while browsing 
animanga.  However, the latter method will 
prevent one from seeing items in animanga's cel 
shop.
