I'm so sorry to hear abt your fren. I've heard of 
my peers (in 20s) and even younger teens who 
committed suicide and it's juz so sad. I can 
understd that sometimes there is pain and it's 
juz so hard to take it. On the spur of the 
moment, the pain is so overwhelming that death 
seems like an easy release. But this is a bad 
phase and like all things, will go to pass. I 
think it's so impt to haf someone to help u at 
that point in time and pull through the awful 
period. It also requires a lot of courage to ask 
for help and believe in hope for the future. So
