I am so afraid of insulting someone like "anony 
mouse" here OR looking like an idiot with a low-
ball offer that I just don't do it -- even if 
someone's gallery says they're open to offers.  
It seems too risky.  Sometimes if I see a cel I 
like in someone's gallery and they haven't 
updated in years, I think they might like to 
have some money instead of a cel -- but I still 
don't make an offer just cuz I'm a chicken, I 
guess!  :)  So I wait until it goes to ebay or 
until they post it for sale here.  But I never 
get a chance at the good ones, once you all get 
a whiff of a good cel!  ^__^ heehee!

I just this week opened my very own rubberslug 
gallery.  It's just a beginning for this 
newbie.  Haven't had any offers yet, so maybe I 
don't have a clue how it feels to be offered a 
buck-fifty for your hundred dollar cel. (You can 
tell by my figures that I haven't gotten in to 
the big-ticket cels yet! :)  If you'd like to
