I have no major deterioration of my cel images on 
RS. I don't know if my using Photoshop has 
something to do with it or not.

The new feature is a security feature to protect 
your cels from being stolen so easily (i.e., drag 
it off the screen onto your desktop). It divides 
the cel image up into fours.
