the lease, and it should come as no surprise 
that Rinkya didn’t grant your request. Like 
kymaera rightly pointed out, why should anyone 
take time and spend money to do anything just to 
please you on the hope that you might be 
gracious enough do business with them in the 
future? Don’t be so pompous.

I have nothing but good things to say about 
Rinkya. They have always answered my queries and 
questions fast (not always instantaneously but 
within a day or two at most), and have always 
been kind and helpful. I will not deny that 
there are other services out there that can be 
less expensive, but Rinkya provides several 
services which other deputy services do not, 
like having real time bidding and allowing more 
then one user to bid on the same item (a big 
plus in my book). So yes the fees can be big, 
but their services can be worth it.
