Reading these posts, we have seen a lot of mails
claiming that Rinkya does not respond quickly or
does not respond at all to inquiries or mails. 

Rinkya answers ALL mails within a timely matter
and we would like to understand and fix any mail
problems we may be having.

Please email and let us know if you have
experienced problems with a response and we will
fix it immediately!
