When I've asked for series links in the past from
Rinkya, I've gotten very good responses...within
1-2 days.  Of course, though, I've signed up with
the service.  Had one or two questions, not many,
but always got quick responses, so I can't
complain.

Though, to be honest, from stories I've heard,
their service response can be quite a bit
haphazard at times.

However, I can't fault them for not doing your
request.  Think about it this way...would you
call up the cable company and say "Would you
add this network to your line-up?  I'm not a
subscriber to your service, but may someday be.
So, will you do the additional effort/cost to
put this in, just in case I decide to join?"
